Day 108: Pro-ELT Cohort 2 Meeting

I planned to get up at 3am and move out at 4am but turns out it was really hard for me to wake up. I think I know that my body is not ready, so I was an hour late. Still I made it in time. I forgot it was fasting season, so I didn't had any breakfast... I had to go out for quick bites.

We had Dr. Jayanti S. Nathan today, she's the one who spearheaded the Pro-ELT program. We had a lot of questions and one of the hot topic been discussed was the c1-c3, RM 3,000-RM5,000. It's unofficial and we're not to spread any news regarding those issues. It was not really that long, in the afternoon we're done. Time to head back to Telupid, I'm not gonna stay another day in this place.

Day 107: PLC Course Day Two and Promotion

I really wanted to finish my claims today and I did just that. But still it will gone through another checking before actually landed on Masneh's table. Anyways, another course to be done and earlier today, PPD wanted to see me about something. He was excited about me seeing him and point out critical issues. So he decided to make another meeting in the evening. I kinda knew that this day will happened sooner or later. But it happened today, I got promoted to be the Head of LINUS.

Day 106: PLC Course Day One

I went to the office and then went out for a quick visit to SMK Telupid. I needed the headmistress signature for my financial claims. Right after that I went back for PLC with Mdm. Duisa dan Simon. I wasn't really helping much since I had just one slot and it's about lesson study. Even though that's the case, I'm still in the room. We only have like 4 teachers inside the the PKG room and they were the selected ones to attend such course. I got my ex co-worker Cikgu Iap and Leifrey inside the course. I've been bugging Simon for knowledge. He's becoming my Senpai for most of the things that I've been doing here. I'm really grateful for him.

Day 105: Working On Saturday

Something about yesterday still bugs me. I couldn't stay calm in house watching TV and relaxing when I still got things to be done in the office. I always got this principle of leaving work behind when it's holiday. But today was different, I feel like I want to work.

I decided to go to the office and continue working. Well it's my first time since I got here going to work willingly on Saturday. I don't get paid extra for this but I got something to prove. This burning passion of doing my job is really getting into me.

I was the only on inside the room doing my work. I don't feel bad, I feel great. I'm a working man and keep telling myself "Melbert you finally become an adult" LOL. I got presentation slot for PLC next week. I need to prepare myself of that as well.

Day 104: The Financial Problem

 

How do I start this blog... I was pretty damn pissed about something. I got beef with the account unit at my workplace. I haven't made any claims. I was wrong, I know but there's a better way of letting one knows. Anyways, I was getting really serious and started learning how to do the claims the right way. It's my forte turning negative things into something positive. So because I got criticized, I used all the anger into burning fuel to do my job.

It's Friday we had early break but whose still working? Me. I'll show them how real men work. If got serious there's nothing I could not finished. Yet all those hard work for the day, still not enough for me to get all things done. The day end with me cooling off with SoL.

Day 103: Office Day In

Went to the office and I was the first one to arrived. Usually I took more time for my break in the afternoon but today I didn't even took too much time for rest. Maybe because the internet at my house was down and there's currently some kind of maintenance going on in front of the police station here. I like watching YouTube videos and sometimes I couldn't get out of the house in time because I got distracted watching interesting videos via subscription. 

Favoring myself being inside the office instead at home feels like I'm beginning to become a hardworking person. Anyways, Mdm. Duisa had her daughter tagged along inside the office made us stayed and didn't visit any schools. Besides we got reports and other stuffs needed to be finished.

Day 102: Kursus FasiLINUS 2.0 Siri 2 Day Three

Gawd it's the final day, I couldn't be more thrilled about today. I needed a break from courses and I feel like I need to be with my teachers. I need to keep my teachers back in the district to be motivated and aware that somebody's watching. I really want our district to go up the ladder even more this time. We started at the bottom this season and we climbed to 15th place.

Anyways, we had micro teachings and a couple of photography sessions. I'm not staying another day in Kota Kinabalu, I'm going to drive back even if I'm tired. I reached somewhere around 6pm at Telupid and I went to hibernation mode right after.
